But with a twist, of course – think of it as a modern update, a little bit of today, with just enough of that nostalgic back then to make you feel like you're rocking a snapback and wondering what happened to your dial-up internet.
If you ever get the chance to hear my music (fingers crossed), I really hope it grabs you in the same way it grabbed me while I was writing and recording it. I mean, let's be real – I had an absolute blast making these tunes. So whether your crying into your fourth G&T or simply reminiscing about the good ol' days of mixtapes, I hope you find something to vibe with. After all, isn't that what music is all about? Bringing the past, the present, and the future together, one catchy hook at a time."

What makes me tick? One word: success.
I don't mean yachts and champagne — I mean doing things properly, pushing myself, and proving the doubters wrong. That drive runs deep. When you grow up being told you're not good enough, you spend your life showing that you are.
Friends mean the world to me.
They come in all shapes and sizes. I don't have hundreds — just a handful, really — but the ones I do have are fiercely loyal. They've seen me at my best, my worst, and everything in between. I wouldn't trade them for the world.
I've been running the same business now for 15 years. A lot's changed, but one thing hasn't: the people. I'd choose my team as friends over staff any day — most of them already are. What we've built is close-knit, genuine, and full of heart. It's not just a business — it's a chosen family.
And then there's music.
I'm not chasing fame or trying to be the next big thing. I write from the gut. Every lyric means something. If someone hears one line and thinks, "That's me," — then I've done what I set out to do.
No part of this site, or story, would be complete without Bella.
We've all got our emotional connections to grandparents, I get that. But Bella wasn't just a grandparent to me — she was the one who made me feel seen. As a child, she made me feel incredible. She believed in everything I did, even when I didn't believe in myself. And that carried on right through my teenage years.
She was diagnosed with terminal illness and only lived six months from that point. The day before she passed, she was being taken into respite — not because she wanted to, or even needed to — but because the grown ups decided they wanted a break.
Let's just say I hated what went on.
Bella knew what was happening. She wasn't daft. She knew it was the end and as she said to me that day, I will never be a burden to anyone.
We spoke that day. She told me how much faith she had in what I was going to do with my life. And I told her that anything I'd ever do would be because of her — and that I was going to start a company, and name it after her.
Well… it wasn't quite the City. It was Kent. But I did start that company. And 15 years later, we're still going strong.
I've said it before — childhood shapes you. Some people break you. Others build you.
Bella built me.
